Join us on May 10th at 1300 W St Germain Street from 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM for an open and honest discussion about Maangaar, also known as autism, in the Somali community.
Let’s come together to break harmful myths, share real experiences, and learn from Somali parents and experts who understand the journey.
Our special guest, Anisa Hagi Mohamed, is a Somali mother and caregiver who will share her personal story and insight on raising a child with Maangaar/autism.
